DC United in February

DC United looks to have an active February as the team’s preseason for the upcoming 2020 MLS Regular Season kicks into full gear.
The club began training in the District of Columbia on January 18 thru 25, after which the team headed to Clearwater, FL., to continue preseason training. The tight-knit unit will continue to train will train in the nation’s capital until Feb. 7. 
The United played their first preseason exhibition match of the year against the Montreal Impact on Jan. 28 at the University of South Florida, losing 3-1.
For the month of February:
New York Red Bulls (Feb. 1 @ IMG Academy, 11:30 AM Kickoff)
USL Championship side Louisville City FC (Feb. 6 @ Joe DiMaggio Sports Complex, 4 PM Kickoff).
The The Black-and-Red return to Washington on Feb. 8.
United will head back to Clearwater for their second preseason training camp that runs from Feb. 12 to Feb. 23. While there, they will compete in three additional preseason matches:
    Orlando City (Feb. 15 @ University of South Florida, TBD Kickoff)
    Nashville SC (Feb. 19 @ Joe DiMaggio Sports Complex, 6 PM Kickoff)
    Philadelphia Union (Feb. 22 @ Joe DiMaggio Sports Complex, 7 PM Kickoff)
The team will return to Washington, DC on Feb. 23 and train in the nation’s capital ahead of the club’s home opener against the Colorado Rapids on February 29. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 PM ET at Audi Field. Spectators are encouraged to click HERE to purchase tickets.
